balance in golf swing

Balance is the key to this whole swinging process. You cannot hit the ball with consistency if at any time during your swing Callaway Diablo Edge Irons , you fall over. In contrast, when your swing consists of a simple pivot around a fixed point, the clubhead strikes the ball on the same downward path and somewhere near the center of the clubface every time. Bingo!

You’re probably wondering where this fixed point in your body is. Well, it isn’t your head. One great golf myth is that you must keep your head perfectly still throughout the swing Callaway Diablo Forged Irons , which is very hard to do. I don’t advise

keeping your head still . . . unless your hat doesn’t fit.The fixed point in your golf swing should be between your collarbones and about 3 inches below them, as shown in Figure 6-1. You should turn and swing around that point. If you get that pivot point correct, your head will swivel a little bit as you turn back and then through on your shots. If your head appears to move like Linda Blair’s did in The Exorcist, you’ve got it wrong.

In many parts of the country, golfers must contend with windy conditions.. To successfully play " under the wind," the best strategy on a windy day is the "knock down" or "bump and run". To execute this type of shot, play the ball "back in your stance," two to three balls toward the rear of your normal position. At address, also place your hands and handle of the Callaway FT-iZ Fairway Woods , two balls in front of the ball, creating a "forward press" position. This set up will "deloft" the club and generate a steeper angle of delivery, to produce a lower ball flight, enabling the ball to "run" along the ground. Use the same set up for a callaway ft-iz driver  but lower the tee so that the ball sits 1-2 inches off the ground. Swing away and remember to have fun!

Mizuno Japan introduces it's all new A25 Driver, part of the best selling JPX lineup. The Mizuno JPX A25 Driver is made for forgiveness and distance, with a high MOI design featuring UDS (Ultimate Dynamic Stability) to eliminate any twisting of the head on impact.  The deep center of gravity and wide sweet spots reduce distance loss on off center hits and keep the ball nice and straight.  This all titanium 460cc driver is matched with Mizuno's wonderful QUAD shaft for great feel and a nice mid kicking trajectory. The new A25 is Mizuno's straightest most forgiving driver ever!
